  well, it's about the + on the weapon ofc. the rest (mods and set augs) is a function of pala available, marketplace/drops and augmentrex luck. the siko-char combines all of those into a nice package

  If you have the bought +10 skill points, go for it. If you don't you might not have enough points for it. Nice to have rounds on your infiltrator pants or your z-83 though.My base sniper build

  yeah yeah ... thats a very high price. 4m ... maybe for unbind mm-bots with good base-stats.I know nobody who would pay more than 1m for mm-gloves. But the buyers dictate the price.
