You don`t need many skills, people spend points in wall of bones, lightning field, tempest, arc legion, blink, concentrate dmg, etc.. but you no need invest in skills useless or without mobility

What's a good AOE Evoker build that will allow for party play but still leave me viable for solo for when I don't feel like waiting for a party or when I want to be alone?I like to kill hard.

@Dark-S:Its NOT increasing the "normal damage" of Arc Legion, just the dot applying to enemies. Please read the tooltip of the skill and inform yourself before saying stupid things like that.

i dont know 100% because atm ihave only 1 stun claw and no stun mods inside = 1500 stun. with 1500 stun i can stun few times on hell mode. with 4000 u will stun him much more but i think u need still
