Accuracy Stamina. Accuracy is needed for sniper rifles and guns in general. Stamina is needed for hitpoints and high shield armor. Keep a few spare points for Strength if you happen upon some armor

Sounds good but i noticed that is a 12 syngery cooldown between strikes, so after a Napalm 12 seconds the two other strikes are blocked. If you have 3 strikes there should be no use to lower cooldown

Play what you want, it's that simple. Want less boom and more pets? engineer. More boom and no pets? marksman. I must say for first time players, marksman is the way to go.
